The Magnolia Tree is a Collagraph print printed using Akua Intaglio Ink on Somerset soft cream velvet 250gsm paper.
The print was inspired by a beautiful Magnolia tree that I always admired in a front garden of a house I always passed when out on my daily dog walk .
But one morning to my horror the new house owners decided to cut it down I was deeply saddened by this and created this print in memory of the beautiful tree that was loved by me and many blackbirds and crows .
The print paper measures 52cm x 38cm the image is 35cm x 27cm.
This print will be posted in rolled in a cardboard tube .
